Oooooo-weeeee! I just started a war in Managed Care! I am soooo fired up! My boss is so fired up! And there's going to be a meeting with me versus them. YES!!! Man, that department sucks. Every time I ask a simple question or ask for clarification on an issue...just to make sure Operations & Managed Care is on the same page...I start a fucking war. They are just a big bunch of bitchy women who wouldn't last one day in Ops. Yeah!
