Is this too naked?

I just made a new banner (to go with the naked mermaid layout?).
In your opinion, everyone, is it too naked, sexual, etc. to submit?
I know for banners, you can't have too much sex, nudity, or violence. And I have a skewed view of the nude human female form. It's so amazingly beautiful & I don't think human nudity should be kept from children. Maybe the open pussy shots, but even that might be OK in my opinion. But that's because I'm a liberal freak.
So...is it too naked?
