My Weekend

OK, I know I've been MIA for a few days. But check this out...I called my bro & he's still working on my comp (this is the price I pay for getting it done for "free") & I wasn't at work all weekend or on Monday.
I had the coolest weekend...but I felt like I was playing hooky from my life. On Wednesday, Greg stayed the night at my house. Then, on Thursday, I stayed the night at his house. Friday, it SUCKED getting up for work. Oh, and I hate to cuddle while I'm sleeping, but somehow, with him, I love it. I lay in his arms all night long (sooooo NOT me!). Friday night, we went out for Chinese in Eldersburg with Bill, Steph, & Andy. And then Bill, Steph, Greg, & I went to midnight rock & bowl. Do you know how long it's been since I have been bowling??? At least 10 years!!! Anyway, that was fun, which was a surprise to me. Plus, I didn't come in last place even once! And Bill was like, "If the object of the game was to knock down 9 pins & leave one standing, you would definitely win." Too true!
(I just realized I sound like I'm about 15. ACK!!!! Well, then, bear with me guys.)
So Saturday, I ran home for a couple hours & while I was there, Greg's ex-wife, whose name is also Misty, dropped of their daughter. She's 2 & absolutely adorable!!!! He had her til Sunday afternoon--I adore her!!! And what an old soul she is, too...like I'm the child & she's the adult.
So, Sunday afternoon, we took her home, which was about 3 blocks from my house, so I stopped back at my house for a little while. Then, Greg decided he wanted mexican & he knew this place on Liberty Road. So we headed up there & got there @ 8:02...too bad they closed @ 8:00!!! We had to settle for making a run for the border. Monday, we hung out...had brunch at this diner in Eldersburg, went to a cool-ass head shop in Reisterstown. And Greg bought this cool-ass hippie tapestry...and some incense. We ran a couple of errands, then I really really really wanted ice cream, so we headed up to Dairy Queen...mmmmmmm, that was yummy!!! We hung out for the rest of the afternoon & I left last night @ about 6:00. Stopped at the grocery store (I only spent $30 for a week's worth of food...AWESOME!!! It rocks not having Dipshit around!), did some laundry, chilled out. Spent last night by myself (the first since...when?). And now I'm at work...UGH!
Guys...I'm so head over heels for this man! I've known him for a couple years...we are both part of the same crowd, but I didn't know him very well. And then this past week...we just got to talking & I realize how much alike we are. Who knew??? Really...who knew??? (That's Stacy's new saying.) Some folks are still a little weird about seeing us together. But sometimes I feel weird about us being together, so I guess it's understandable.
OK...I ought to work. I'll add another entry later today...
