4-Month Appt

My son had his 4-month checkup this morning. He had 4 shots & does not feel good now. He's just a little crabby & is just sleeping the day away. It's almost like he's sick. But this is how he reacted 2 months ago, so I'm not surprised or worried. I'm just hugging him & loving him.
He weighed 18 pounds, 3 ounces, which put him at the 95th percentile. He measured 25.75 inches long, which is the 80th percentile. And his head circumference was 17 inches, which is the 75th percentile. Not sure why the head circumference was so low...maybe lots of other babies have large misshapen heads?
His carseat limits are 26 inches or 20 pounds, whichever comes first. Sounds like he's about to hit both & I need to buy a new carseat!
